This Alys Beach remodel is a study in refined, material-driven luxury, where each surface was selected for its longevity, authenticity, and connection to coastal architecture. Dolomite provides a durable yet elegant foundation, Thassos marble brings luminous clarity, mother of pearl introduces subtle iridescent detail, and Diana Royal marble adds warmth and depth through rich veining and contrast. Fossilized limestone grounds the design in nature and history, resulting in a timeless, layered interior that feels both elevated and enduring. .
